When he encounters a role model in who he sees his perfection, he feels the harmony and closeness which causes the adherence of the follower to the role model. The poets of the Sacred Defense alongside with the whole nation are devoted to defend their values when they find their land and faith boundaries under invasion. These poets are at the forefront with the support they have from their rich Islamic culture. They purposefully shape the religious role models into a modern character who is in harmony with the social issues and on the right path to the goals and this very act encourages the audience to imitate these characters. The main question of this study is that which religious figure has been mostly used as the themes of the poetry of the Holy Defense. This study aims at examining Tahereh Safarzadeh's approach to resistance literature and the elements reflected in her poetry. It was concluded that resistance against foreign threats as reflected by measures such as desire for freedom, anti-colonialism, love of peace, poetry of revolution, and hope frequent her poetry. Literary genres are also related to each other. It is obvious that if literary works are to be concerned with a subject or particular theme, this convergence will be further and clearer. The Sacred Defense Literature, which is a Spiritual literature, came to the fore both in poetry and prose more than other literary types. Due to its conceptual overlapping viewpoint, there are similarities between these works. The present article, surveying the poems and stories of the Holy Defense in detail, investigates these aspects of convergence, considering various illustrations, and in divisions such as religious and mystical themes, commemoration of revolutionaries, comparative history, protest and intimidation. Moreover, before the major discussion, as well as the introduction, it studies the status of the poetry and prose of the Sacred Defense Literature. Indicating religion as a greatest source of inspiration for Holy Defense Literature, and correcting some of the illusions and inappropriate beliefs of ritual literature through the Sacred Defense Literature are among the findings of this article}, keywords = {Semantic convergence,Poetry and Prose,Holy Defense literature,Interpretive literature}, title_fa = {همگرایی معنایی میان شعر و داستان دفاع مقدّس}, abstract_fa = {}, keywords_fa = {}, url = {https://jrl.uk.ac.ir/article_573.html}, eprint = {https://jrl.uk.ac.ir/article_573_4d10a5acef34fb59724250771cc62d9f.pdf} }
