Abstract

The present study has been conducted in connection with the reflection of humanitarian law themes in the literature of Islamic sustainability. For this purpose, and using the method of content and descriptive analysis and using library studies from selected poems and prose and prominent literature that have depicted the problems of Iraq's war against Iran in the form of poems or stories. Components of humanitarian law, citing international rules and regulations such as freedom, security, peace of mind, the prohibition of the use of chemical weapons, and the rights of prisoners of war, are among the most important issues addressed in this paper. The results and findings of the research indicate that poets and writers of the literature of stability and imposed war, along with paying attention to religious concepts such as martyrdom, self-sacrifice, patriotism, Ashura culture and the basic principles and human rights in war And on the basis of moral values and norms, they have condemned the psychological damage to the defenseless nation of Iran and the mistreatment of prisoners and the violation of international laws regarding the illegal use of chemical weapons.
