چکیده

جستار پیش رو در ارتباط با انعکاس مضامین حقوق بشردوستانه در ادبیّات پایداری در دوران دفاع مقدس انجام شده است. بدین منظور و با بهره‌گیری از روش تحلیل محتوا و مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای از میان آثار منظوم و منثور منتخب و برجسته که مسائل و مشکلات جنگ تحمیلی عراق علیه ایران را در قالب شعر یا داستان به تصویر کشیده‌اند، مورد ارزیابی قرار داده‌ایم. مؤلفه‌های حقوق بشردوستانه با استناد به قواعد و مقررات بین‌المللی چون آزادی و امنیت، آرامش روحی و جسمانی، منع به‌کارگیری تسلیحات شیمیایی و حقوق اسرای جنگی از اهمّ مطالبی است که در این جستار مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که شاعران و نویسندگان ادبیّات پایداری و جنگ تحمیلی در کنار توجه به مفاهیم دینی چون شهادت، ایثار، ازخودگذشتگی، فرهنگ عاشورا و… به اصول و مبانی اساسی و حقوقی انسان‌ها در جنگ بسیار توجه داشته‌اند و بر مبنای ارزش‌ها و هنجارهای اخلاقی آسیب روحی و روانی به ملّت بی‌دفاع ایران و بد رفتاری با اسیران و نقض قواعد و مقررات بین‌المللی در خصوص استفادۀ  نامشروع از تسلیحات شیمیایی را محکوم  نموده‌اند.

Starting after the Iran-Iraq War, resistance literature is one of the contemporary phenomena and a sub-branch of Islamic Revolution literature. This literature is closely related to the mentioned war and is influenced by it. The psychological effects as well as the mental, intellectual, and physical devastation caused by this issue affected the minds and thoughts of many poets and writers, therefore, war literature has well expressed the psychological and physical complications of the people involved in this sinister event. Violations of human rights and the effects and consequences of war were depicted in Iranian artistic and literary works from the very first days of this sinister war. This study tries to answer the following question: How much has the Iranian resistance literature emphasized the foundations of human rights after the Islamic Revolution?
